Todd’s journey is nothing short of an adrenaline-packed adventure! Born and raised in the heart of Idaho to a family of dedicated anglers, he dove headfirst into the world of trout-fishing escapades with his grandfather in the picturesque Cascade-area of Idaho. But that was just the beginning! Fueled by the spirit of his hardworking roots, Todd set his sights on two ambitious dreams. First, he took on the challenge of becoming a United States Marine, proudly serving from 1991 to 1995. After an honorable discharge in 1996, he seamlessly transitioned into his second passion – the captivating realm of fly fishing. Kicking off his angler’s odyssey in Ketchum, Idaho, Todd embarked on a thrilling stint with Headwaters Fly Fishing. The adventure didn’t stop there! He later cast his skills along the Middle Fork of the Boise River, leaving ripples of excitement in his wake. His journey then took him to Idaho Falls, working the fishing department at Sportsman’s Warehouse. Todd has rounded out his career as an assistant manager at the South Fork Outfitters, part of the management team at Henry’s Fork Anglers, and for Trout Hunter out of Island Park as a manager for the fly shop and occasional guide. He has two sons, Grant and Grayson, and a daughter, Georgia. Todd’s life is a tapestry of adventure, passion, and the undeniable thrill of the great outdoors. Get ready to be hooked on this exhilarating presentation from Todd Lanning.
